Birgit Ehrlicher

 

Always having been drawn to food, nature, art and design, Birgit Ehrlicher found herself being led to the streets of London at the age of 20. Professionally trained as a designer and later as a raw chef, she has also found a passion in food styling and photography.  

 

With her desire to learn more and from the best, she finished her studies with a Master Degree at the renowned St. Martins College of Art & Design in London as well as being certified as Advanced Raw Chef at the highly reputable Matthew Kenney Culinary School in the USA and Thailand.

Currently residing and working in Munich/Germany, she spends most of her time experimenting and creating new recipes, working as a designer, food stylist and photographer and passing on her knowledge to anyone interested in it.

 

She invites to share with you her experiences, works and stories behind her creations through education and her photography with people who are as intrigued by food, design and lifestyle as she is.
